How it works: We place your photos and text on your items and send them to our print partner. Low resolution photos may print blurry; please upload the largest version you have. We'll email you one free proof showing every item in your order within 1 working day. We only print once you approve it, and you can ask for one change to each item. You can cancel at any time until 2 hours after you approve your proof.

Changing your mind: You can cancel at any time until 2 hours after you approve your proof. Ask for your change when you reply to the proof. If you don't approve your proof within 14 days, we'll refund you in full.

Delivery: Free delivery to Great Britain. Printed and sent by our print partner. It usually arrives about 4 to 8 days after you approve your proof. Your items may arrive in separate parcels.

Returns: Because these items are made to your design, they cannot be returned for a change of mind once they have been sent to print. This does not affect your rights if they arrive faulty, damaged or not as described, including any printing error on our side. Please message us with a photo and we will replace or refund them.

Our print guarantee: Happy with your print, or we'll reprint any item free, once, using the same photo or a new one you send. This guarantee is given by Truelove Developments Ltd trading as The Cosy Hound, The Office, 15 West Avenue, Filey, YO14 9AA, and covers orders delivered in Great Britain. It is in addition to your legal rights, which it does not affect.

Photo rights: By uploading a photo, you confirm you have the right to use it. Uploaded photos are deleted within 90 days of delivery (see our Privacy policy).
