Terms of service

Terms of service

1. Ordering

To order, add items to your basket and complete checkout. You can check and correct your details before you pay. We will email you to say we have received your order; this is not acceptance. Your order details are kept in that email. These terms are in English only.

2. Mistakes and events beyond our control

If we make an obvious pricing or description error, we will contact you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund. If something outside our control delays your order, we will tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund if the delay is significant.

3. Complaints and your data

If you have a complaint, email us and we aim to resolve it within 14 days. See our Privacy policy for how we use your data.
