Where we deliver
Great Britain only (England, Scotland and Wales). We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or outside the UK.
Cost
Free delivery to Great Britain on all orders.
Who sends your order
We do not post orders ourselves. Each item is sent directly by our supplier or print partner, using its own delivery companies.
How long
- Personalised ornaments: sent by our print partner. Usually about 4 to 8 days after you approve your proof.
- Toy sets and stockings: sent by our supplier, by courier (such as Evri or DPD). Usually within 5 working days of your order.
- Jumpers: sent by our supplier, by courier (such as Evri or DPD). Usually within 5 working days of your order.
Scottish Highlands and islands: toys and jumpers can take up to 7 working days. Ornaments may also take longer.
These times are estimates. Couriers can be slower in December.
Our delivery promise: If we have not agreed a date, we will deliver within 30 days.
Separate parcels: if your order includes items from different suppliers, they will arrive separately.
Tracking: for toys and jumpers, the courier emails or texts tracking details straight to you.
Christmas (personalised ornaments): Order by Friday 11 December and approve your proof by Monday 14 December for Christmas delivery in Great Britain. Highlands and islands addresses can take longer, so please order earlier. If we can no longer meet that date, we'll tell you before printing and you can cancel for a full refund.
Lost or late parcels: email us. Items are at our risk until they are delivered to you.
